Some guy with a golf on the main page asked if anyone with mad photoshop skillz to throw an outline comparison between the upcoming CT5 Coupe and Camaro. Kinja’s being a fuckoff though so here it is.
I’m digging the Caddymaro but I.....well, I wish it wasn’t so blatantly a Caddymaro. The ATS shared the platform but it was still unique. Not that this looks terrible, it’s actually quite good. I was just never big on obvious badge engineering.

Well the most obvious difference is the liftback , Camaro has a trunk. So I wouldn’t exactly call it badge engineering.
Now I have some hopes that the CT5 will go directly against the Stinger GT if the 4-door is also actually a 5-door.

I love the idea of this, and would *expect* that the details not shown in the sketch will differentiate it enough from the Camero . Drop the new Caddy V8 in this thing, give it mag ride and a manual , and a better interior than the Camero (or ATS frankly), and I’d want it.

GM does this a lot - they spin multiple vehicles off the same platform and do extensive sheet metal changes, but then carry over way too much of the glasshouse, so they wind up looking too similar. This could be the Traverse/Enclave all over again.
